Guidelines for Eid Al-Adha Worship 1442 H/2021 M in the Areas of the Emergency PPKM Implementation

Piyungan (Gerbang Madu News),-

The government has set Eid al-Adha 1442 H/2021 to fall on Tuesday, July 20, 2021. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Eid al-Adha prayers in mosques or in the field will be canceled for areas where the Emergency PPKM is applied.

This was conveyed by the Minister of Religion Yaqut Cholil Qoumas through the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number: SE. 17 of 2021 concerning the Temporary Abolition of Worship in Places of Worship, Takbiran Nights, Eid al-Adha Prayers, and Technical Instructions for the Implementation of Qurban in 1442 H/2021 AD in the Areas of Enforcement of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
