Elimination of Tirakatan Night Activities and 76th RI Anniversary Contests

Piyungan (Gerbang Madu News), - The Bantul Regency Government through the Regional Secretariat issued a Circular No: 003/02698/HUMPRO which contains an appeal to the people of Bantul Regency to eliminate the night tirakatan activities and competitions in order to welcome the 76th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence in the year 2021 which resulted in crowds of people at the Regency, Kapanewon, Kalurahan, Padukuhan and RT levels.

This follows up on the Implementation of Level IV Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Bantul Regency, as an effort to stop the spread of Corona Virus Disease-2019 (COVID-19). Tirakatan night activities and competitions in order to welcome the 76th Indonesian Independence Day can be done virtually and at their respective homes.
